I have a FCPX project that has dozens of clips that have speed adjustments that don’t come thru when importing into ProTools. I’m having trouble finding anything on your forums that deal with this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

      FCPX v. 10.6.8 (XML v. 1.11) > X2Pro v.4.5.16 > Avid Protools v.2024.6

        Dear sfriedma

Apologies for some reason we did not get a notification that you had posted on the forum. There is a description of Time mapped clips on the FAQ page, essentially we can set the correct start point but we cannot alter the actual speed of the clip i.e. make it shorter or longer. In the sidecar .txt file that gets created with the AAF it details any clips where conform rates / speed etc, was applied.

If you want to attach the XML we can run it through here to generate a list and check what is occurring.

Yours sincerely and once again apologies for not seeing your post until now.

        James.
