Komodo & Komodo-x Cannot Open

Hello, I keep getting a “Cannot Open” message on various R3D’s I have. We shot on older Komodo and Komodo-x. Attached is the Log from the most recent failed attempt. I can also upload the XML if that would be of use.

That log file shows everything being successful, is the error message about a media file or is it that the fcpxml file can’t be opened? If the latter try checking access to both the source and destination folders is OK for the app.

Thanks for responding, Tim. The error message is about the R3D media files and not the XML. I’ve made sure all the folders from the root inward are visible due to the outlined sandbox issues that XtoPro contends with.
My Red Apple Workflow internal SDK is updated. I’ve disconnected all audio from the clips in the timeline.

I’m uploading the XML here for reference. It is a newer one, so it may not line up against the log perfectly.

We do have access to, and read and process all the previous R3D files, there is quite a few. We just seem to have an issue with

Thanks, James. Where and how might I send mail your way? I can upload that file.

I do want to flag that I did roundtrip the project through Resolve and it didn’t hang up on this or any other file and the AAF generation was successful that way.

I’m still keen to solve this though as XtoPro5 is far more expedient when operating and has served us well in the past. Let me know how to reach out and I can upload that particular file. I do also believe that in previous attempts it was snagging on some A-Cam material as well, but we can cross that bridge if this fix isn’t the solve.
