      Hello,
      I ran into an issue which I explain in a pdf with screenshots. It boils down to Channel numbers vs Interleave numbers and metadata.
      Can you give it a read? I’ll send you all the necessary files on request.

        An update: when I split the polyfiles in Wave Agent and I follow the same workflow (sync in Sync-N-Link, edit in FCPX, export to FCPXML and use X2Pro legacy to make an AAF, both embedded AND with WAV files referenced, open in ProTools) shows the right metadata in ProTools for both the AAF’s: embedded and WAV-Refereced. I’ll send you all the files via the ftp you send me yesterday.
        I’m not sure if the sound engineer is willing to change his polyfiles workflow to mono files workfile in the middle of a big production….
