      Hi,
Complicated problem but basically I brought a lot of Sony footage in through the finder so when I export an xml to DaVinci it doesn’t work as all the timecodes are wrong…
I believe I can fix this by creating optimised media but as I have over 65 hours of 4k footage I’d like to trim with handles…. will worx4 x read the xml correctly allowing me to trim or will the Sony footage throw it ( the way it throws resolve )?
Hope that makes sense… is it possible to test with a trial version?

        Hi Johnny,

We do not really have trial versions, I would suggest that if it does not work for you then just request a refund from the AppStore and they would be obliged to do this. That being said, if you were willing to make one or two pieces of the smaller sized pieces of media we could test the trim. Let us know and we can supply upload details for the two sample pieces.

        Yours Sincerely

        James.

Thanks for the prompt reply.. I find exporting an xml and reimporting it to fcp seems to work so I’d have hope for worx 🙂 I’ll probably download and give it a go so

            Dear Johnny,

Yes if FCPX can import and open the FCPXML then we would say the XML is good and we (WorX4X) should have no issues with the structure of it.

If we can help or assist any further please let us know.

            Yours Sincerely

            James.
