Hi, I am wondering if there is a trial of your software. I really want to try it for a kids series I am working on, but spending $200 dollars on it and if it doesn’t work, then we feel that’s a waste of funds we can put towards the show.

Is there a way to try it out before we fully buy it so we can see if it works? Or if we did buy it and it didn’t work, can we get refunded.

We have tried work arounds that should work too, but they aren’t working once imported into ProTools. Things are getting jumbled up incorrectly once imported into Pro Tools.

So we are wanting to check out any trial options or reimbursement options if it doesn’t work for us.

Please let me know if you do have something like that. Thanks so much. If this does work then this will be a life saver for us!

We are not able to provide trial versions of X2Pro5 but as it is the Apple Appstore which runs the commercial side it is my understanding that in the event of it not working you can get a refund, this is only possible within a short time from purchasing so you should make sure that you have something ready to test before purchasing.

Oh that is very helpful to know. That gives me reason to give it a try then and hope it works smoothly!

How does one contact that side of Apple’s app store to request that reimbursement if the software does not work?

Thanks so much of your quick reply.
