Channels and metadata

Hello,
I ran into an issue which I explain in a pdf with screenshots. It boils down to Channel numbers vs Interleave numbers and metadata.
Can you give it a read? I’ll send you all the necessary files on request.

Dear Rob,

I think, yes we will want the media if you have it, I will forward you details of an FTP site to upload it to.

The issue is that the audio tracks are labelled as channel 1-X but if channels are missing they shuffle down but they are still physically labelled in the media as say channel 1,2,5,6
