I have a project (1080p) in FCP X and am creating an AAF with X2PRO (I’ve tried both versions – the old and the new one). During the AAF export, the audio goes out of sync; it seems like an issue with the sample rate. However, the sample rate is consistent, and the project only contains footage from a single camera. The project was initially created as a 24p sequence by mistake and was then changed to 25p.
Hi James, I opened the XML in FCP X and even in the XML there is the problem of drifting edits. Edits differ in the XML from the edit. Have you a idea?
Hi Lukas
Apologies for the delay. I will pop you a mail for the XML, it could be conform rates or it could be a compound issue with calculating from fractions (fcpx) to miliseconds.
Yours sincerley
James.
