    Hi CollierJ,

    The BtW_Episode_01_A2.fcpxmld you attached appears to be corrupt, I cannot open it here and get a “Cannot Open” error, are you able to import this back into FinalCut, and if so are there any warnings or errors.

    You might want to recreate the XML export from FCP again and see if this can be re-imported back into FinalCut, if it can then try it in X2Pro5.

    FYI, Cannot Open unfortunately is a pretty generic Apple response, mostly to do with the new levels of security. I assume that you do not see the AAF being or start to being processed and there is no “name of xmld”.log in the Destination folder.
