Dear Anuskamp,
With reference to the attached picture, how have you got the gui configured ? Can you send a screen shot. Do you see the name of your file in the left window, and do you see a folder in the right ? Can you create a folder on your desktop and drag and drop this onto the Destination AAF Folder window.
If you still get an error message then I think we will have to arrange a remote session. Will forward you separately contact details.
