Can you check on X2Pro in the media files location you have explicit access to
///Volumes/A057_0322KG/A057_0322KG.RDM
If not can you add it.
if it still fails in the same way then it may be that the version of R3D is not supported. We will pop you a mail with details of where to upload one of the clips so we can parse it.
