    Hi, resurrecting this thread. I regularly use the old X2PRO, without problems. I also regularly try X2PRO5. Last few tries it gives me “The file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format.”
    These are fcpxmld’s which export without problem using legacy X2PRO. There is a info.fcpxml inside the package (no “d”). They import back to FCP without problem. I tried multiple versions, 11, 12 and 13. I even tried a project with all video removed. No luck. Will attach that XMLD.
    I will need X2PRO5 to work reliably in the near future.
