Hi, We wouldn’t be able to generate an embedded AAF without the source files. I can successfully generate a reference AAF but I don’t think that will help you.
Have you tried making the off-line re-exporting the FCPXML?
Also try X2Pro5 with the ‘Discard disabled clips’ and ‘Discard inactive clips’ selected.
