    Same problem. I am running version 5.0.44 of X2Pro5
    I have tried with xmls from FCPX version 11.1 and tested xml versions 1.11 , 1.12 and 1.13 /I get XMLD versions now from FCPX)

    Nothing works, I keep getting the same error:

    The file couldn’t be opened because it isn’t in the correct format.

    Has a solution been found?
